Steel-framed and Steel-clad Houses: Inspection and Assessment

This series of BRE reports and leaflets gives the results of a survey of steel-framed and steel-clad houses. They record the form of construction, identify positions where deterioration has occurred and highlight areas where surveyors should pay particular attention when carrying out an inspection.
